DMCA Policy
fnaf4.io aims to respond to good-faith copyright complaints in a structured way. If you believe material appearing on this site infringes your rights, send a complete notice so it can be reviewed efficiently.
Scope of This Page
This page applies to copyright complaints involving text, images, page assets, or game-related material displayed, embedded, or linked through fnaf4.io. A notice is much easier to review when it identifies the exact page or pages involved instead of describing the issue in general terms.
This policy is provided for notice handling and operational transparency. It is not a substitute for your own legal advice.
What to Include in a Notice
A copyright complaint should include enough detail for us to identify both the claim and the location of the material. Please provide:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on fnaf4.io where the material appears.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, under penalty of perjury where applicable.
Where to Send a DMCA Notice
Send notices to [email protected] and use the subject line DMCA Notice - fnaf4.io. If the complaint covers more than one page, include all relevant URLs in the same message.
Review Process
After we receive a notice, we may review the claim, request clarification, remove or disable access to the reported material, or take other action that appears appropriate under the circumstances. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we seek the missing information.
Counter-Notice Information
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. A counter-notice should generally include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction and service requirements that apply under the DMCA process.
Repeat Claims and Non-Copyright Issues
We may limit access to material or features where repeated infringement concerns are identified. If your issue involves trademark, privacy, attribution, impersonation, or a general page correction rather than a copyright complaint, use the Contact page instead.
