Use the mouse to operate the camera and local interaction interface. Follow a threat's movement, identify the available hiding position, and leave the monitor when the approach calls for concealment.
Learn how the room and camera views relate before danger becomes urgent. Knowing which route reaches your position helps turn a sighting into a decision.
After hiding, reassess before resuming the same surveillance pattern. The useful lesson from an interrupted attempt is the earliest warning you could have acted on, rather than the moment of the final scare.
