Starting the Story
Use the on-screen prompts to move through the available interactions and let each scene establish what changes next. If the browser is silent, click the game once to activate audio, as the creator recommends.
The author also provides a desktop release and recommends it when the browser version has performance problems. That is a separate option rather than a promise that every browser will behave identically.
